It’s not about me, it’s about you…

But I understand that you may like to know something about me.

SImon Coutts-Bain

Simon the person

I was raised, & have lived most of my life on the Central Coast of NSW. I understand the Central Coast, it’s people, it’s lifestyle, and the demands that commuting for employment can have on individuals & families.

I am a proud father of four beautiful & amazing children who have turned out to be wonderful human beings, all adult now, each is unique in their own way.

My life experience and career history has been diverse. I originally started life as a young man in trades, then hospitality & business. Each step taking me further on my path to uncovering my true passion in assisting people to understand their unique self & relationships, & to help create the change that they wish to see.

I value each experience that I encounter, and with each experience I develop a relationship with it and thus further understand my relationship to myself & others. My love of experience has taken me around the world and has led me to tryout and experiment with a wide variety of interests, each one adding to my life story and identity.

Holistic wellbeing is a passion of mine, body mind & spirit. I enjoy keeping fit and you might often find me at the beach enjoying a long workout & walk, or practising yoga with wonderful people.

Of course, as a Coasty, I am an avid Central Coast Mariners FC supporter.
